PROCEDURE

 Clubs will be represented by 8 player teams. Teams will play home and home matches with each of the league teams.   

 Teams will be divided into two (2) player teams. The two player teams will play a BEST BALL MATCH against the opposing two (2) player teams and the individuals of each two (2) player team shall play a match against the opposing individual.

 A maximum of 6 points will be awarded for the 2 player teams scored as follows:

          A. Two points for the team BEST BALL winner.

          B. Two points for each individual MATCH winner (Total 4 points)

          C. In case of ties, one point will be awarded to each side.

 Players will play off the low handicap of the foursome and receive strokes accordingly.

 CURRENT HANDICAPS SHALL BE USED.  UPDATES ARE ON THE 1ST AND 15TH OF EACH MONTH.  THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF PLAY IS ON THE 1ST OR 15TH.  THE MAXIMUM SCGA INDEX ALLOWED WILL BE 18.4.  INDIVIDUALS WITH MORE THAN 18.4 MAY PLAY DOWN TO 18.4 BUT IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED. (WHEN WE GO TO GHIN HANDICAPS IN JANUARY CURRENT HANDICAPS WILL BE UPDATED BI-MONTHLY. USE THE CURRENT HANDICAP.

 Partner teams should have the smallest handicap spread possible. In other words; low with low etc. Replacement players must play in numerical order.

 It is expected that host club players will buy the visiting players one drink after play.

 Low handicap players in each foursome are responsible for keeping the official score cards and turning them into their respective team captains. The team captain is responsible for the scores being posted either by the player or captain.
